Delete your account

You can permanently delete your Pumpa account and everything stored with it, at any time.

In the app

1. Open Pumpa and tap the account button at the top of the Workout tab.
2. Tap Delete account.
3. Confirm. This cannot be undone.

By email

If you can no longer sign in, email gisli.g.bergs@gmail.com from the address on your account and ask us to delete it. We will confirm within 30 days.

What gets deleted

• Your account and sign-in identifiers
• Your name and email address
• Your fitness profile and onboarding answers, including any injury or health information
• Your program enrolment, progress, milestones and streaks
• Your workout log — the daily summaries of every session you logged
• Your entry on the leaderboard

Data is removed from our live systems within 30 days and from encrypted backups within 90 days. We may retain a minimal record where the law requires it, for example transaction records.

The sets, reps and weights you logged, your saved workouts and your training preferences are stored on your iPhone, not on our servers. They are removed when you delete the app. PR Cam clips and pump pics you saved to Photos stay in your photo library until you delete them there.
